1. OMG National will provide initial and ongoing: directory, review & social media services.
2. OMG National will create, modify, or enhance all directories, voice assistant data, search and social listings that are not claimed, accurate, or “best-of-breed” to provide the client with the most comprehensive online presence possible.
3. OMG National will continually monitor the most relevant Internet directories, review & social media platforms and/or websites.
4. OMG National will provide comprehensive statistical reports giving you specific information about your online visibility, clicks, impressions, click-to-call rates and other key metrics.
5. OMG National will provide data through “OMG ALERTS” when new information is posted online about your company.
6. OMG National will identify and respond to client reviews with best practices and report and repost positive reviews as requested by the client to various social media channels.
7. OMG National will create & post unique content to social media, ie. Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, etc. An OMG Social Media Specialist will create content based upon successful completion of the OMG Social Media Questionnaire.
8. OMG National will integrate Review Stream to the client’s profile upon successful completion of the client’s Power Network build out. Review Stream can work as a standalone component, or integrate with the client’s website.
9. OMG National will assign a team of specialists to manage each stage of your account lifecycle.
10. Client must agree to provide OMG National with the following information, and/or provide a secondary contact with decision making authority for content approvals, graphics, images, review responses, and access to user IDs, passwords, etc.
11. OMG National will host: photos, videos, SEO-friendly company narrative/copy, and other information on its data cloud for the full term of the agreement. Any added incentives such as videos, web pages, or other creative services will be released to client once their agreement has been satisfied in full.
