We ramped up our hiring efforts to consistently recruit on line and from universities. Over 90% of our new hires are college graduates. We added another layer of experienced management. We have invested greatly in the best technology, redundancies, software & training. We added Health Insurance, 401K and other benefits to attract top talent. We recognize that people are our greatest asset and continue to invest in the best.
We have integrated a more thorough “On-Boarding” process that provides ample opportunity to strategize with our new and existing clients. We then have a Single Point Person to work with clients bringing home the project.
Sad, but Bob was a tough guy to please. Even after visiting our office and getting a specific direction, we still could not satisfy him. Third party reviews should be used as a business differentiator. They act as a reference point to whether a business is trustworthy or not. Their external location makes them a great source of unfiltered, un-edited content. This is a trust builder, and trust is important.
