Wow! Google is at it again, with all roads leading to Google My Business (GMB).
Google MAPS are the coveted spot for local search, yet there is still no hard and fast rule as to who is on the list. We already know that “Intent” is the goal of Google, so logically, Distance, Relevance, and Prominence are key factors which include accurate listings, correct categories, reviews, and structured data, which we develop and maintain for all our clients.
Now that Google My Business (GMB) is being integrated with Search, attributes from your GMB posts and website snippets seem to add the extra elements needed to get and stay on the maps.
