East End Towing is a Towing & Roadside in Little Rock, AR. They offer a wide range of towing and roadside services. They came to us in October 2018. We had to deliver and instill confidence with this new Google Ads campaign.

The Problem

The industry is very expensive. They have to compete against multiple other competitors in the area. They also have to compete with a heavy organic listing within the area which occupies a large space in the Google search results page. We had to find a way to make them stand out from the competition while using a small budget to start and slowly increasing with time.

The Methodology

We have an in-house, custom taxonomy of keywords, ad copy, and ad extensions that were built from acquiring the best data from all of our previous Ads campaigns and multiple competitor research. We implemented these with an extra emphasis in this vertical.

Geo-targeting each area with keywords and bids made our ads stand out in places where we could find a gap between the major competitors. Our copy also emphasized the personal and professional aspects of the company to reach customers on a more personal level.

The Results

Overall, the campaign has been very successful. The client is very satisfied with the quality of our results month over month.
They rank 1st overall in impression share above local competitors such as Action Wrecker Service and Phillips Bros Towing Services 92% of the time their Ad appears at the top of the search results page (one of the highest in the area). These results prove our ads are targeted at the right audience which helps avoid wasting unnecessary spending and keeps their costs down.
