Empire Pools is a 22 year old pool service company located in Central Islip, NY specializing in residential maintenance and repairs. Empire Pools is fully certified- CSP (Certified Service Professional) through PHTA (Pool and Hot Tub Alliance) and has been providing services to largely middle and high-end clientele. Operating successfully for so long had Mike Annunziata, owner, stuck in his old ways of solely doing print marketing; after speaking with OMG National, Mike realized the opportunity he was missing out on, digital marketing, and decided to give OMG National a shot.

The Problem

Empire Pools had zero online presence, they were solely investing in printed promo. Today, over 85% of consumers use the internet to search for local businesses, Empire Pools was not appearing anywhere online. The company was missing many potential customers and recognized the need for change.

The Solution

In February 2020 when Empire Pools first connected with OMG, we recognized the need to quickly get them to appear in searches - we did not want them missing out on any more potential business. The Methodology

Being as we wanted to get Empire Pools on the digital radar immediately, we created a Google Ads campaign right away focusing on the services offered. OMG’s ad specialists worked with the Empire Pool’s team to create ideal keywords and demographics they’d like to target while also implementing best practices generated through our expansive data sets and taxonomies. When creating the Google Ads campaign, our team was sure to include negative keywords to eliminate erroneous search queries for services and areas Empire Pool’s does not cover. The Results

Next Steps
