Drain & Heating Solutions provides plumbing, heating, and HVAC services to customers within a 20 mile radius of Burlington, Massachusetts. Offering 24/7 emergency service with a 2-hour response time, Drain & Heating Solutions is a tri-lingual business, speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The pros at Drain & Heating Solutions pride themselves on having respectful and courteous technicians. All of their techs wear disposable shoe covers, and clean up after themselves. They also offer 10% discounts for seniors, active military and veterans(with military ID).

The Problem

Drain & Heating Solutions came to OMG National after working with multiple marketing and advertising companies. Their local directories, including Google My Business and Facebook, had many inconsistencies which resulted in a lack of search impressions, views, and customer activity from local search engines.

Prior to OMG National, the GMB and Facebook listings were less than 60% built out. There was no consistency with Google business or Facebook posts, and the client was unaware of the services the other marketing agencies provided except that one of them built his website.

The Methodology

We created a graphic set with the business’ branding and set up the cover photos and logos to all of the online business profiles. OMG created the client’s Bing Places profile, Instagram profile, Twitter profile, and optimized their Yelp profile in an effort to ensure the business is in the best position to be found by local clients. Ensuring consistency throughout the OMG Listings Network requires detailed work. Due to the importance, we make this an initial task to verify all of the information on the directory listing websites is consistent and accurate, and we take advantage of every field made available to us in the local listing profiles.

Understanding the business’ main services, we target the keywords with social and business posts on a weekly basis. This tells Google and Facebook the story of the business, including what services they provide, service areas, offers, and events. We also helped increase the number of reviews left on Google My Business by 11. Every review left on Google, Facebook, and/or Yelp is promptly answered by our fulfillment team, and we provide resources to help generate more reviews on Google by sending out text messages and/or email invitations to past customers.
